Slots: up to 8 teams from North America and 7 teams from Japan (15 teams maximum), held in the order pre-bookings arrive. No payment is required now.
Lead a Yosakoi team onto the KOKUYOSA stage and perform alongside teams from across North America and Japan. The 3rd edition follows the 2025 and 2026 festivals — reserve your team’s place early.
How pre-booking works
- Submit the form below — one submission per team. You will receive an automatic confirmation copy by email.
- We confirm your provisional slot by email. Slots are limited and held in the order pre-bookings arrive.
- Entry fees, the participation package (hotel, shuttle, meal plan) and the entry deadline will be announced later. Your slot is finalized once the entry fee is paid.
Pre-booking is non-binding until the entry fee is paid. If your plans change, just let us know. The cancellation policy applies to confirmed entries only.
What participating teams get
- Main-stage performances — a judged round and a free round — plus the opening parade and sō-odori (mass dance) with every team
- Workshops with guest choreographers from Japan
- Awards and an evening reception with all the dancers; in 2026 teams also joined an optional Rockies tour the day after
- Group hotel, shuttle and meal-plan packages arranged by the committee
