About the team
Kazanami is a coalition of North American yosakoi teams. In 2019, Ito Yosakoi founded it to host an official annual yosakoi showcase in the U.S. and to build a North American yosakoi community. This year’s KOKUYOSA team is made up of dancers from Ito Yosakoi (San Francisco), Uzumaru (San Jose), Tatsumaki Yosakoi (Kansas) and Sazan (Las Vegas).
