Only to run the festival: replying to your enquiry, coordinating volunteers and teams, processing orders and sponsorships, and sending event updates you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the organizers who need it to deliver the festival, and with service providers (e.g. email, hosting) under confidentiality.
Retention & your rights
We keep your information only as long as needed for the festival and our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@kokuyosa.com.

KOKUYOSA（カエデ文化協会）は、お問い合わせ・ボランティア申込・チーム登録・グッズ注文・スポンサー申込などのフォームで提供いただいた個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、所属チーム、居住都市、参加可能日、メッセージ等）を、お祭りの運営に必要な範囲でのみ利用します。第三者への販売・貸与は行わず、運営に必要な実行委員および業務委託先（メール配信・ホスティング等）とのみ守秘を前提に共有します。保有期間は運営および記録保持に必要な期間とし、開示・訂正・削除のご希望は info@kokuyosa.com までご連絡ください。本サイトでは標準的なCookieと匿名の分析ツールを使用しています。埋め込みコンテンツ（YouTube、寄付ウィジェット等）は各提供元のポリシーに従います。
